Popularized by events like the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), StrikeForce, WEC, DREAM and K-1, today Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is taking the world by storm.

 

Our MMA program is comprised of the four (4) key elements of MMA: Muay Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing and Wrestling. When combined these programs offer the perfect mix of Combat Sports and give each student the conditioning and technical skill necessary to compete at the highest levels of MMA.

 

The MMA training at North Shore MMA consists of up-to-date/cutting edge technical training, drills, conditioning, specificity training and sparring. Safety is another key factor with our training methods; you can’t train and fight if you’re constantly injured. Proper equipment, supervision, and training methods are strictly followed at our gym. So whether you are an aspiring fighter or you just want to train like one, the North Shore MMA Program is for you!

ALL LEVEL MMA CLASS (SUN 1:30PM)

 

INTER/ADV TRACK:

MIXED LEVEL MMA (WED 7:00pm-8:00pm) *Invite Only

ADVANCED MMA SPARRING (WED 8:00PM-8:30PM) *Invite Only
